Individual Therapy

I work with adults and adolescents aged 15+ via telehealth therapy sessions.

My clinical focus is supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety, OCD and related disorders, including body-focused repetitive behaviours such as skin picking and hair pulling. I also work with a lot of adolescents and young adults, supporting their mental health broadly as they navigate that significant transitional life period.

Although these are my focus areas, I am also able to support a wide range of mental health difficulties.

What I can help with:

  • Anxiety (generalised, social, health related)

  • Specific phobias

  • Panic attacks

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Body focused repetitive behaviours, including skin picking and hair pulling

  • Body image difficulties

  • Disordered eating patterns

  • Adolescent mental health

  • Young adult mental health

  • Perinatal anxiety and mental health

  • Adjustment/life transitions

  • Emotion regulation difficulties

  • Self esteem

  • Stress, overwhelm, burnout

  • Depression

Session Information

Individual therapy sessions are 50-55 minutes.

Session fees are $245.

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, the current Medicare rebate is $149.05 per session, bringing your out-of-pocket cost to $95.95.

An MHCP provides eligible individuals with up to 10 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year. You do not need a referral or a MHCP to see a psychologist.

Private health insurance rebates may be applied to session fees, depending on the individual's cover level.

Note, the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended fee is $330 for a standard consultation, and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) recommended fee is $340. The fees for this practice are intentionally set below these recommendations.

Reduced fee options are also available based on financial hardship or student status. Please contact Jade to discuss these options further.
